Russian Non-League Football
Hi! RUSNLF is a source about Russian semi-pro and amateur football (below the 3rd tier). +Youth, kids, women. Bit of PFL & FNL, Belarus & other ex Soviet. Mainly on Twitter. By Dmitry Podrubny and friends.
What is the Russian Non-League? It's all football below three professional tiers (RPL, FNL, PFL with geographical zones).

Level 4 leagues are almost 100% semi-pro. There 9 of them, they are for big territories: Moscow League, Moscow Region League, Golden Ring Cities League, North-West League, South Russia League, Central (Chernozemie) League, Privolzhie (Volga River Region) League, Ural and Western Siberia League, Siberia League, Far East League. Some of them have following level 5-6 leagues.

Number of divisions depend on territory and time. Sometimes we have 8-9 or even 10 tiers in all Russian system. It's very unsystematic.

We named it "Non-League" only for the easiest way to introduce it to foreign people. The word isn't popular in Russia.
